A note about your donation under BC’s Local Elections Campaign Financing Act.
For 2025, you can give a total of $1,402.40 to a local elections candidate or elector organization per campaign.
You can make a campaign contribution if you are:
– a resident of B.C., and
– a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Organizations (including corporations, non-profits, or trade unions) cannot make campaign contributions or reimburse individuals for making campaign contributions. Donations of $100 and over are required to be disclosed and donors names are reported by Elections BC.

I am elected with the Green Party of Vancouver which means donors can only contribute a combined maximum total of $1,402.40 this year to me and/or my elector organization – the Green Party of Vancouver Civic campaign (Council and Park Board). The Green School Board campaign is subject to different campaign rules and limits.
